Shipping/Return Policy:

Your pieces are composed and packaged within a few days of placing your order. Once your payment clears they will be shipped. So generally, from the time you place the order to the time your order is packaged and awaiting shipping it is one week. Depending on payment processing, your package should travel for roughly 10 days from our studio to your home. This may vary slightly due to Holidays, weather restrictions, etc.

If you are not 100% satisfied with your selection, you can return it. However, any expenses associated with shipping the pieces to you and returning them to us would be your responsibility. So we would refund you for your purchase minus the shipping charges.

Shipping within the Continental US only.

Returns will be honored for 60 days from time your order ships from our studio. A few things to keep in mind if you are planning on returning anything:

  1. Contact us immediately if you plan to make a return.
  2. Return all items with original packaging.
  3. Refunds are issued in the same manner as the payment was made. (ie Visa, etc.)
  4. Refunds will not be honored if pieces are altered or damaged in any way.
  5. Refused orders will be refunded, however, all applicable shipping charges to/from will be deducted along with a $10.00 restocking fee. This is simply because some pieces are ‘limited’.
